Russell has managed projects up to $5 million in value across all BLD’s focused categories of construction, including education facilities, light industrial and commercial builds. Known for a fine eye and for having a very personable manner, Russell is a dedicated construction manager and oversees all the company’s craftsmanship on a daily basis.
