“We engaged Rob, Rowena and team from BLD Constructions to build our new 120 seat venue and Brewery in the middle of Orange CBD. The 70-year-old shed that we have developed had been empty for nearly 35 years and apart from the walls and roof was a blank canvas that required all services installed from scratch. Rob, Rowena and their team always found innovative solutions to problems or challenges and at all times showed a positive outcome attitude to the project. I felt at all times that we were partners in the project looking for the best result and this positive, sleeves rolled-up determination to find the best financial, aesthetic and timely outcomes were a feature of the project.
